Frequently Asked Questions

  • You may see some of our delicious treats are advertised/listed as “gluten-free” “vegan” “dairy-free” or "egg free".  Please be aware that while these products are free from the allergen specified, they have been produced in our kitchen which is also used to produce products containing these allergens.  All of our allergen-free products are produced using equipment that has been thoroughly cleaned prior to production but may contain traces of allergens.

  • At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. For convenience, please see our multiple address form located under “gifts”.

  • Bake that Dough offers market pickup. Please select “market pickup” under shipping when checking out. Please place your order 56 hours in advance if you would like to pick up your order from the upcoming specified market. Cut off for the Saturday market is Wednesday at 11:59pm. Please bring identification. If you fail to attend that upcoming market you will not receive a refund. If you miss a market please contact Bake that Dough and we will try to come to a resolution.   • Orders go out within two business days upon receipt. Orders will not be shipped Thursday-Sunday to avoid sitting in hot deposits. Please place your orders Sunday-Tuesday to ensure end-of-the-week delivery. Once your order is filled, you may track your package by the sent link attached to the listed confirmation email.  

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email.  Please reply to your order confirmation should you have any queries regarding your order.

  • Bake that Dough takes all care in packaging your order and all orders are clearly labeled as fragile and perishable goods.  Once your order leaves our store, Bake that Dough cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  For items damaged in transit, please visit contact UPS or USPS

  • Please be very careful when entering your address. If your package is delivered to the wrong address or returned to Bake that Dough because of incorrect spelling or information, Bake that Dough takes no responsibility for the recovery or replacement of your item. If your package is returned to Bake that Dough, we will happily resend this at the customer’s cost.

    If your item is incorrectly delivered to the wrong address through no fault of the customer, Bake that Dough will work with you and the local postal service to rectify the issue. Please be aware that Bake that Dough will only replace your package if it is found to be a fault with our systems. Please understand that we do our utmost to ensure that your package is correctly addressed and labeled for safe delivery however we cannot control the local postal service in your area and cannot be held accountable for issues that may arise once the parcel is with the courier/local postal service.

    If you have not received your package and the tracking says your item has been delivered please contact your local postal service in your area/country to discuss a resolution or gain information. Bake that Dough cannot pursue this on your behalf due to postal privacy laws and will not be held responsible for the replacement of packages marked delivered.

    We can not be held responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if the recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment. We are not responsible for the information entered incorrectly such as the billing and shipping address. Please double-check your entry. We are unable to alter orders on our end once submitted. Please contact us if you have entered any incorrect information. We are happy to cancel your order and you may resubmit if desired. Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date to allow for any unforeseen delays

  • We cannot cancel or refund orders 24 hours after they have been placed. Due to the very perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email darien@bakethatdough.com and let us know. We are here to help!
