Bake That Dough is a local bakery that prides itself on providing Knoxville and its surrounding areas with handmade, freshly baked, no preservatives, no seed oils, and fairly priced baked goods, doughs, and take and bake items.
Our small crew can often be found at local markets such as Nourish Knoxville Farmer’s Market or the Oak Ridge Farmer’s Market AND our storefront Tuesday- Saturday. Come see us!

ABOUT OUR STORE
When you walk into our store, expect to be greeted by a friendly face and the aroma of baked goods.
We are a bustling bakery with a small team . Keeping quality high is our #1 priority. Each morning we bake pastries, and as we sell out, we pop more in the oven. This ensures consistent freshness.
We bake sourdough every Tuesday and Friday morning. Bread starts to come out of the oven around 11am. If you would like your bread sliced, please arrive after 3pm on these days to ensure proper cooling.
We bake whole wheat and sourdough sandwich bread on Tuesdays, which, if you want your bread sliced, please arrive after 3pm .
Friday we bake all of our 6 flavors of sourdough bread as well as all 3 types of sandwich bread.
